Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Furever London, we take great pride in creating custom-made products tailored to your unique style and needs. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Custom-Made Items:
As our products are custom made to order, we do not provide returns or exchanges once an order is placed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure it meets your preferences.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange for a replacement, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging intact.
To initiate a return or exchange for a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@fureverlondon.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or faulty item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Shipping Policy for Furever London
At Furever London, we aim to provide you with the best service possible. Please read the following details regarding our shipping policy:
Processing Time:
All products on our website are pre ordered and currently take up to 21 working days to be dispatched. If for some reason your order can not be shipped within this time frame you will be informed immediately.
It can take slightly longer in the festive period and our team will ensure to keep you posted.
Shipping Couriers:
We use reliable shipping services, including DHL and Royal Mail, for all orders.
Shipping Times:
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery - £13.99
Royal Mail Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £7.99
Royal Mail EU: Up to 5 business days - £19.99
DHL International: Up to 7 business days £45
Customs and Duties:
Furever London is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges that may apply to your shipment. These fees are not included in the checkout process and will be payable by the recipient upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for information regarding these charges before placing your order.
Please note that international customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, these fees will be deducted from your refund amount, along with the shipping costs.
We do not offer free returns.
