At Furever London, we take great pride in creating custom-made products. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Made to order:

As our products are custom made to order, we do not provide returns or exchanges once an order is placed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure it meets your preferences.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange for a replacement, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging intact.
