All products available on our website are pre-order items. This means your order will be custom-prepared just for you. Please allow 21 working days for your order to be processed, prepared, and dispatched.

 

Delivery Options

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be shipped according to the delivery method you select at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the 21 working day processing window.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

We use reliable shipping services, including DHL and Royal Mail, for all orders.

Shipping Times:

Royal Mail Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £7.99
Royal Mail EU: Up to 7 business days - £19.99
Royal Mail International: Up to 7 business days £30
 

Customs and Duties:

Furever London is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges that may apply to your shipment. These fees are not included in the checkout process and will be payable by the recipient upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for information regarding these charges before placing your order.

Please note that international customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, these fees will be deducted from your refund amount, along with the shipping costs.

We do not offer free returns.
